At Katsuya, we serve authentic Japanese Katsu with a variety of signature sauces and choice of meat. Everyday, we bake bread to serve every customer using our fresh breadcrumbs (panko). Tonkatsu sets with customized selections of both sauce and meat are provided with bottomless miso soup, rice, and salad. Other options include various homemade appetizers, udons, and karaage chicken.
