Always a pleasure visiting again. The quality and experience is consistent. The warm and welcoming staff makes you feel like you are at home with a private chef, instead of out at a restaurant. Was back at main counter, the chefs counter is on my bucket list for sure.
Each chef has their own twist and style on how some of the pieces are prepared so it was always nice to have a surprise.
I went with some friends who don't normally eat raw fish and they had an amazing experience and would come back. They have added in an extra dish on Tuesdays and Fridays, which is the steamed egg.
Starting off the night with the truffle appetizer is always so refreshing followed by the matcha pudding to close it off at the end of the meal.
The atmosphere is very peaceful and calming from the subtle music in the back to the decor, which is a homey feel. They have a waiting area in front of the restaurant for you to chat with your party prior to entering the dining room. Most importantly show up on time as the chef cannot wait if they are busy
