tefano's Diner located at the corner of Dundas St. W. and Dovercourt is Toronto's newest plant-forward diner from the team at Gia (just down the street!). The restaurant has casual vibes and seats about 25 customers where they have brunch, lunch and dinner offerings (brunch only on the weekends!). All items on the menu are plant-based!
I've been meaning to try Stefano's since I've had their sandwiches (Stefano's Sandwiches) run out of Gia's kitchen. I've also been to Gia a few times so I was excited for this diner concept from the same team.
I stopped by on a Saturday around 1:30pm for a solo lunch. The restaurant is not big and when I got there, there were a few empty tables with many customers already enjoying their food.
