Miss Likklemore's

The selection of spirits is mind-blowing. They have everything from different countries and some you didn't even think of. (Antigua for me) I ordered the cheddar biscuits and the Likkle patties. The likkle patties were tasty, but as a Southern woman, I was not a fan of the biscuits. The jalapeno butter was delicious, and I even tried slathering that on to see if it helped save the biscuits. The biscuits were still dry to me. My husband ended up ordering the Jerk, side of collards, and my niece ordered the oxtail. I have to say the food was extremely disappointing. The jerk chicken was swimming in sauce, which was more like BBQ sauce. My Jamaican husband was not a fan of it. I figured it was one dish that maybe it was an off night for them. The collard greens wanted me to cry home to my meema as they were not done properly and were still raw. My niece's oxtail was not cooked well and should have been cooked more. Her boyfriend ordered the steak, and that was good, but again, it's a steak. Nothing to write home about. For me, the patties were the winner, and I ended up ordering another set as my entree as I wanted to order they no longer had. I did order their Mac pie, which was tasty.
