-- The main pool was tepid and highly chlorinated. Not super pleasant tbh.
-- The hot pool (which is consistently jammed because the main pool is bleh) is underfilled so you'll need to scrunch down to get your shoulders wet.
-- The talking is full-on. If you're looking to relax, this not be the place. If you're looking to socialize in water, fine.
-- The lighting in the steam room is adequate if you're penning a dissertation or performing minor surgery.

I've been here several times over the years (since they opened!) and honestly, it's not the most relaxing atmosphere so choose wisely. Again, if your goal is to chat with friends, you're good, otherwise next. They could try "chill days" where they dim the lights and encourage silence but maybe that's not their thing.

Did I mention that access to "the waters" without a service appointment -- this runs $15-$30 in most places -- is ~$60? To be clear, there are no herbal steams or tea pools or fruit bowls or spa water. You get your two towels and that's it, baby. Best not need another.
